We made evening tour reservations for the first day we arrived in Scottsdale. Sarah was our guide, and she made the Segway tour fun even for my two teenagers. And they are hard to please nowadays! What I really appreciated however was that Sarah pointed out landmarks, eating places, and shopping opportunities that we were able to take advantage of for the rest of the visit. You should do this tour, and you should do it early during your stay. I really appreciate the professionalism, and flexibility that Scottsdale Segway showed our family. It is that personal touch that will bring us back again for sure!Sarah was a great tour guide. She was so patient as we learned to manage our Segways. She is from the area and had great stories and recommendations for things to do. The night tour is great because it's cooler, the lights add so much and it's a different perspective on Scottdale.
