The tour was fully booked online, the service hotline immediately provided very good, competent help and was able to book the tour. The exchange of the coupons on site also went well. Bad was: the times were changed, the buses should actually drive longer. But we stood around waiting in vain. From 20.30 o'clock one does not come back from the Eiffel Tower with the bus any more. Sometimes Paris is so congested that one is faster on foot than by bus. The tour guide did not work at all on a bus - tried several headphone connections. Then I don't need a bus. I booked the bus for 2 days and almost only walked on the 2nd day. It's less stressful. I was really annoyed. Conclusion: unpunctual, 10-minute intervals as claimed in the Service Center, there are no long waiting times at the bus stops, partly no functional info via headphones

Open-Tour offers the possibility to get to know very to move flexibly within Paris ( 4 lines). All known attractions. I just had to show the booking confirmation to the driver of the Open Tour bus and I got a valid ticket. THANKS
