We had an excellent experience witnessing the magic of Machu Pichu and more. Our guide, Orlando, went ABOVE and BEYOND making sure that all of us are very comfortable. He made sure we are informed of the itinerary and the details of the tour. He is very knowledgable about the history of Peru; and he integrated and shared his own insights with regards to current Peruvian everyday life. He volunteers to take our photos, and sometimes even carry our bags / drinks. We were also lucky to have a great small tour group which made the experience even better. This is a shoutout to James, Enza, Nikita, Michel, and Manu! We were a great group bonded together in laughter for 48 hours. My partner and I figured, that it could take 1 person in a tour group to ruin the whole experience! This tour is definitely a must. If you have a chance, do request for Orlando to be your Machu Pichu / Sacred Valley guide. Kudos !

Fabulous tour guides, but there were multiple communication (not language related) and logistical issues. There were additional expenses we had not been informed about and we weren’t told we would be traveling on our own for portions of the trip, which came as a surprise and turned out to be a hassle. Everyone's from the tour company was very friendly, caring and accommodating. I would have given this 5 stars if not for our issues. We also were’t happy with the hotel in Aguas Calientes. It was a 3 star as promised and super convenient with very nice people, but the rooms were very run down.

What a wonderful company to work with. So many details are necessary to get to Machu Picchu, worth having a guide to make sure you are everywhere you need to be and that all the details are accounted for. Expensive, but worth every penny!

Had a wonderful day touring the Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu. I was initially skeptical about the price. However, our guide and driver picked us up on time. They took time to care for my daughter when she was feeling car sick. They allocated the amount of time we wanted at each location and made sure we had every detail to complete our trip successfully. The moment you leave Cusco you realize all of the coordination required to make this trip stress free. It was worth every dollar. Highly recommend!

Alex, our Machu Picchu guide, was fabulous - excellent info, patient with our somewhat challenging physical condition, excellent English, and had a route laid out that avoided some of the most tourist congested areas. Efraim, on the first day, was also very good. Scheduling, pick up/drop off, communication, tour site organization, lunch/breakfast were all very good. Only real negative was the hotel - 2 adults in a full size bed!? Definitely upgrade to better accommodations!

We had such an amazing tour with Efrain on day 1 going through the Sacred Valley, as well with Alex at Machu Picchu on day 2! Both Efrain and Alex were very knowledgeable, and had very valuable personal anecdotes to share that gave more insight and really added to the tour. The tour itself had all of the things that we were looking to do on this trip, so that was really fantastic. We felt well taken care of and enjoyed our time! We got so lucky with the weather in March, it was actually almost too good-- the sun was shining so brightly and the view of Machu Picchu and Wayna Picchu was excellent!

We can as a couple only recommend this travel agency. Our guides were very polite, and provided us with information throughout the day. We always knew what to do, which bus and train to take. The guides knowledge about the Incas, was sufficient, and they could answer all our questions. Experience was 10/10

We visited Sacred Valley of the Incas with the stunning views of the Andes Mountains. Scenic drive from Cusco to Machu Picchu with the stops in Maras, Moray and Ollantaytambo. He is very professional, knowledgeable fluently English speaking travel guide. Thank you to our friendly driver Martin for smooth safe drive.

It was a return trip for me to peru but I wanted to share the experience with my son so we did this excursion. we were not disappointed. We had a great first day with Manuel where we say the major spots along the sacred valley. The second day was with Alex and he delivered a memorable tour of Machu Picchu. Great background from local guides and lot of "not in the book" history.

Tour guide is very knowledgeable. Well planned itineraries and visited most of unique destinations. Enjoyed delicious Peruvian food as well.

Extremely organized tour! They were very clear about our itinerary, which I loved! We had a couple of guides over the course of two days, Alex and Efrain, who were both professional, knowledgeable, and gave us ample time to take photos. We saw SO much thanks to this company - I don’t think we could have done all of the sites without them!! :)

Our guide Justino from the Fly Cusco travel agency is very knowledgeable and very kind. Our experience of this 2 -day tour was pleasant expect that the raining season has not finished yet which prevented us from seeing clearly the view of Machu Picchu and Wuayna Picchu.

Excellent tour from start to finish. The communication from the company was perfect . The timing and pickup/drop offs were right on time .Jhordy came to our hotel the day before to give us an overview. Efi our guide was excellent . He is passionate about his country and spoke great English. The van was super comfortable ( not like many tours ). We were lucky as we were the only 2 on the tour , but the van would be still comfortable with more .we enjoyed the salt flats , the beautiful sacred valley countryside and Ollyantambo . The Vistadome train was terrific , make sure you are on the left side going up. The hotel at Aguas Calientes was comfortable. Our guide Alex took us around Macchu Picchu and he also was excellent . And took some great photos, we can keep forever. The site is amazing and we were lucky enough with the weather for February. All in all an excellent tour, we really recommend Fly Cusco

Fly cusco were amazing from start to finish. The itinerary was perfect and we had people to meet us at every stage across the two days, and felt very well taken care of. Edwin and Justino the guides were so knowledgeable, fun and friendly - thanks you fly cusco for a brilliant tour.

We had an amazing 2 days on this tour. Ephraim (Effie) was our guide - he was so knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions we had. We toured the Sacred Valley the first day. The salt mines, Ollantaytambo,and the terraces were all amazing and we got to try chicha at the terraces. The only disappointing thing was that the buffet restaurant they took us to for lunch wasn’t very vegetarian-friendly. It had some vegetarian items (potatoes, etc) but many were in the same container with meat - very odd. They did have good mixed fruit though. We ended the day with a panoramic train ride up to Aguas Calientes. The next day was the tour of Machu Picchu, and it didn’t disappoint! First we hiked up above to a lookout point over Machu Picchu and had a great view of the site, then we walked through the ruins. Effie was wonderful explaining about how the various areas were used and the lives of the people who lived there. I highly recommend this tour and Effie as a tour guide.

Carefully planned itinerary. Well structured vacation by the travel agency. Knowledgeable and friendly tour guide. Machu Picchu, Ollantaytambo were breathtaking. No wonder Machu Picchu is one of the seven wonders of the world.

It was all a great experience. The guides were great. The entire experience from hotel pick up to small group, buses and trains were a safe experience

My tour was incredible! The tour guide spoke very good english and could explain im very rich details the history of every site. The driver was also very kind and careful. The entire trip was as seamless as it could possibly be. I totally recommend this tour.
