What to expect
Branch, Cataloochee Valley, Fontana Lake and Dam, plus much more. All Jeeps come with soft-tops and optional open-air door packages (weather permitting) and seat up to 5 People! When booking, please give SMJR a call to confirm your date is available. Upon arrival to pick up your Jeep we will make a copy of valid driver's license along with proof of full coverage insurance for a driver at least 25 years old.

We had a great time with the Jeep rental. Although there was a slight snafu with our reservation, Crystal at Smoky Mountain Jeep Rentals was fantastic in getting it straightened out for us. We would definitely use them again.

My husband and I rented a jeep for 2 days and are so glad we did. Excellent customer service. The gentlemen that checked us in clearly explained all the "dos" and "don'ts" while renting the jeep and gave us riding tours ideas as we were staying about an hour from where we picked up the rental jeep. Another young man gave us basic instructions on the operation of the jeep. When we dropped of the jeep, the woman who checked up back in was also very pleasant. The entire rental process was very easy and enjoyable. The jeep was clean and ran well. Loved being able to open the top which was very easy to do. Drove all through the Smoky Mountain areas of Tennessee and North Carolina with ease and enjoyment. Would definitely rent from them again the next time we visit this area of the Smoky Mountains.Was planning to rent for 1 day but was offered great discount for 2 so could not resist. I'm glad we did! We had a great time touring The Smokies from The Trail of the Dragon, Cades Cove, Newfound Gap and Roaring Fork. Took Rich Mountain Rd, a packed gravel 11 mile road from Cades to Towns...

Took Rich Mountain Rd, a packed gravel 11 mile road from Cades to Townsend that everyone loved. Will do it again on our next visit.... if hubby doesn't buy a Jeep before then!Customer service was great. Rented one for one day and decided to add another day and was able to get another Jeep for the next day. Awesome way to ride and sightsee in the mountains.

They made sure we knew how the Jeep works before we ever put it in drive, and provided some routes so we could see everything the mountains offered.
