They refer to the reason that we haven't provided them "where and when" info during the reservation, HOWEVER - they didn't contact us to check this, they did nothing - today (21 Dec 2019) nobody came for this tour. It's just 2 of us. So it means that the tour hasn't been starting at all because of 0 people. We were on time at their office to inform them that we requested a cancellation and refund. - it says on the website that the company will pick up us at a bus/train station and we will be taken To Sa Pa - which means that they have to manage this. - the email from the hosting company (apparently the nomad trails) we received at the day of the trip 10 min before it starts!This trek was the most amazing thing i've ever done! Our guide was so lovely and the food we were served was absolutely phenomenal - please don't hesitate booking this - there's no way anyone could ever regret it!

Nous sommes étudiantes, nous étions avec un jeune guide EN TONG de la communauté Mong au lieu d'avoir un guide francophone comme convenu dans le prix. Nous étions un groupe de 4 où les deux autres étais plus sportif que nous. Le guide a donc tracé sa route avec les habitués sans nous attendre, au final nous n'avions pas eu le droit aux explications puisque nous étions à la traîne (désolé de ne pas faire de trek tous les jours!). Ce trek est fait pour les débrouillard avec une assez bonne conditions physiques (traversés d'échelles, passages à risques...). nous avions du la plupart du temps deviner le chemin puisque le guide nous attendait pas. Le soir était sympa autour des repas fait par les locaux, PENSEZ A VOUS COUVRIR IL FAIT TRES FROID LA NUIT.Le guide nous pressait une fois au sommet que 10min pour profiter de la vue Nous sommes redescendu en funiculaire, très sympa (à vos frais 25€), la vue surprenante sur rizières ! On a vu le lever de soleil car partis à 3h du mat. MAGNIFIQUE !
