Excellent tour experience with more personal care provided by the Smart Turkey Tour operators. We two family friends of 8 members visited Cappadocia, Izmir, Pamukkale, Antalya and Istanbul for a 8 days tour. An amazing experience with great care provided by Smart Turkey Tour team. The tour guide Jekki and Deniz are awesome and they explained in and out of the places we visited and the tour coordinator METIN provided every support as when needed throughout the tour. A 14 seater sprinter vehicle was provided and we are very comfortable roaming across turkey in that. In all the places our tour guides took care of our breakfast and lunch based on our food choices especially they gave more importance for my family due to we are vegetarian. Overall it was a wonderful experience we had and I recommended Smart tour operators across my network Thanks a lot 👍👏👌It was a good paced trip with the opportunity to explore several landmarks of Cappadocia, Antalya and Istanbul. We were paired with a very engaging and helpful tour guide who helped us navigate Turkey brilliantly and made our journey more memorable.

I came across about positive feedback of Smart Turkey Tour through google. I sent them an enquiry and within few minutes Mr. Metin from Smart Turkey Tour contacted me with a proposed itinerary. Later we have many conversations with him and changed the itinerary as per our convenience. We were two families for this Turkey tour. Metin has meticulously made all our transfers to and from airports smooth and all the tour excursions were also arranged in private big vehicles, sufficient enough to carry our luggages too. All the guides were very helpful and knowledgeable. They explained all the places in detail. I will specially like to mention about our guide Zeki in Cappadocia. One of our families was vegetarian. He meticulously planned our lunch menu during our Cappadocia tour. Food in Avanos was really good. Mr. Deniz, our guide from Kusadasi to Antalya via Pamukkale was also very joyful and caring. Mr. Zemeer in Istanbul also helped us a lot to pick souvenirs from good shops in Istanbul. Our tour packages included domestic transfers, breakfast, lunch and hotel stay. I found Smart Turkey Tour quite reasonable from price point of view.SMART TURKEY TOURS , March 2022 Destination : Istanbul- Bursa- Pamukkale- Konya-Ankara-Istanbul Tour guide : Selcuk Kaya Note: Long review with suggestions of our tour in Turkey From Malaysia We were days away from our trip to Turkey and had still not found any agency that we felt good about....
SMART TURKEY TOURS , March 2022 Destination : Istanbul- Bursa- Pamukkale- Konya-Ankara-Istanbul Tour guide : Selcuk Kaya Note: Long review with suggestions of our tour in Turkey From Malaysia We were days away from our trip to Turkey and had still not found any agency that we felt good about.. finally we came across Smart Turkey Tours , we found that it had good reviews on trip advisor so we contacted them and Metin was so quick in replying us .. within the same day we got full confirmation of the tour with them and made our booking. We also checked about Smart Turkey Tours with the Turkish Embassy in Malaysia and got great reviews with positive support. We made our own hotel bookings, our tour only included lunch ( but not on free days - the days we are on our own , which was 3/ 10 days of our trip ) . Our tour plan was as follows : Arrive in istanbul - Bursa - Pamukkale - Konya- Capadoccia - Istanbul . We had a comfortable clean van taking us from airport and to all our destinations up until Istanbul. The last tour in Istanbul was by foot and tram. Our tour had a balance , we were given sufficient time for everything.. our tour Guide Mr Selcuk filled us up with a lot of information, he was sure not to miss anything, he is well prepared and tells you where everything is , what you need , where to go , etc. To every problem he had a solution and was very prompt. I would say he is a tour guide you can absolutely rely on. He gives you your time and space and looks after you well. As for the food, we were taken to good decent restaurants to try local dishes of the respective cities we were in. All the food was good for us. The portion was just nice for each person. The meal typically includes salad , bread , soup and a main course with mineral water. Any other additional drinks can be purchased at own cost. Overall My family and I had a good time. We enjoyed our tour, everything went well. We would absolutely come back and use Smart Turkey Tours again. Our return transport to Airport was really nice and smooth too through a different van. Note: they also take part is The Matta Fair in Malaysia so you can catch them there at their booth and get all the info you need. Please ask as many questions as possible because you want to know every bit of details of what you pay for and ensure that your holiday is good lahhh. Things I recommend you to check while planning your tour with them are : - MEALS : how many meals are included in the tour, please check if there are meals provided on free days or not . Sometimes there can be a mistake in the itinerary . - VEHICLE : please check on the vehicle whether it is running for you through out the tour ( including your free days) or not , for our case we were not provided with the van on our free days . Clarify this with the agency in the beginning for better arrangements - TIPPING : does the total cost include tipping , will they impose tipping charges later , some agencies ask for this. Smart turkey tour doesn’t but do clarify it again . There was an agency that gave us the total Cost and mentioned on the side that it excludes tipping ( which is mandatory by the way for that agency at 8USD per person per day ! ) - ACTIVITIES : if you are doing hot air balloon in capadocia or any other activities ,please ask them about the name of the company they wish to put you with and look them up , check their reviews. We were told by our tour guide that it is better to book the activities through them but if you think your choice is better then please don’t stop yourself ( at your own risk) . When looking out for hot air balloon companies you can look at things like how many people do they take in the basket.. in one basket typically there are 4 compartment, ours were 5 person in each compartment so it was very tight and crowded, you can find companies that carry 4 person in each compartment. I don’t think the price vary that much. Trust me if u r spending that much for a hot air balloon, then might as well opt for some comfort which would also give you a nice view at all times. Have a nice holiday ! And thank you smart turkey tours !I was on solo private tour in end of feb & march 2022 in Turkey. Smart Turkey Tours is like extended family now. I was on solo private tour in end of feb & march 2022 in Turkey. Smart Turkey Tours is like extended family now. Right from planning to executing my entire 10 days was exceptional. Especially if you are traveling alone & female traveller you want someone to ensure your safety, stays and then your entire itinerary to be good but in this case it was perfect. Mrs Yeliz my trip planner & manager, right from planning and finalizing my each experiences was outstanding. Her warmth and 24*7 support is beyond words especially when she has 2 babies to take care of. Her expertise you can blindly follow. They have amazing team of tour guides which I call them TOUR Mentors because we learn from their expertise and experiences. First Ms Nesse my Istanbul Tour Mentor she is apt, strong knowledge about history, culture and food. Please note Istanbul is crowded city and you have to follow lot of walk tours which you should enjoy. So you should ready to take trams and metros to experience the city. Another challenging part of my trip was I am Vegetarian and hence food availability options are always less in Islamic countries, but the team ensured with lot of options around food stalls and early mornings hotel breakfast and also kept checking on my taste preferences. I would advice you guys to take all street food options available in Istanbul. With Ms Nese I had some amazing evenings with good food and wines. She will take care of you and she passionate about country too. Then in Cappadocia I met My next Tour Mentor Mr Zeki. What a amazing personality. He is joyful, caring & lovable and more importantly he made me feel like home. His brilliance & knowledge about Cappadocia history, food and experiences and special mention for his photography skills he is perfect companion you should be with. I really enjoyed amazing food options he selected for me and ensured that he took places where I enjoy the most. I have some amazing memories with Zeki and Team in Cappadocia. If you plan Cappadocia then it has to be Zeki! Followed by that, I had my tour continued to Kusadasi, Pamukkale, Izmir and Antalya where I Met Mr Sedar my next Tour Mentor. In one word impeccably knowledgeable about Turkey. He is so well versed with History, Culture, experiences and food not only the cities I mentioned but for entire turkey. We had amazing road trips and spend time together to beautiful destinations. The entire team at smart turkey tours are professionals who have completed their graduation & post grads in tourism that is one plus point they have because that shows their seriousness and passion for making tourism and experience for tourist outstanding. I recommend them to everyone but if you are female solo traveller and don’t know where to start here is brilliant team who will make your Turkey visit most memorable. When I started my trip they were all strangers but left the country with so much love and memories. I recommend Smart Turkey Tours to be part of everyone’s experiences & itinerary.
