1 Hour Distillery Tour and Tasting Flight
Overview

My husband and I were in town celebrating our anniversary. We enjoy doing things out of the ordinary. I saw the tour on viator and knew we had to try it. The distillery was walkable from The Row. The tour itself was personable and informative and the tastings were plentiful and yummy. The owner and tour guide Joe was amazing; he was friendly, knowledgeable, and super fun! Mixologist Carly was wonderful; she taught us how she made each cocktail we ordered. We enjoyed ourselves so much, we returned the next day for our favorite cocktail (Jesus Juice 😋) and friendly conversations. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The fact that the owner gave us a personal tour around his small business and told us it’s origin story personally was so nice. He was super friendly and it was more conversational than I would have expected; very refreshing. Knowing the time effort, experimentation and family history that went into each sample he poured made the drinks that much more interesting. Would drink here again.Joe was amazing! Very unique experience, we had a great time and learned a lot about brandy and liquor distillation. You can tell that Joe has a real passion for his business. We definitely plan on coming back on future visits to the area.

I purchased one hour tours online and since I stayed at the row, decided to walk to distillery with my friend. This walk was only a couple of blocks, but at the first distillery I am nearly hit by a screaming homeless person riding his bike on the sidewalk. Down the street on the sidewalk was two more homeless males fighting. I tell my friend that we should cross the street, but as we plan to cross, another homeless person pulls a switch blade knife on a person trying to walk by her on the street. We decided the tour wasn't worth getting killed for and went back to the hotel. I am amazed that all these theatrics of the streets are allowed to happen so close to the casinos that bring in so much revenue for Nevada. It was fun trying something new. The samples he had in the flight were tasty. Joe showed us different kinds of cinnamon and other spices he uses in his spirits. It fun to see the different kinds of cinnamon and where they come from.
