rating 4.5 This service was excellent and left me with peace pf mind when arriving in Cape Town and not knowing who to trust. We got out of the baggage claim very quickly and the driver was not there right away. We tried contacting the company but within 10 minutes the driver arrived. He said he was tracking our flight and had a slight delay in the car park. In all fairness, our bags were the first ones out and so were we but not seeing him immediately left a little panic in me. He guided us to the car and when my hubby checked his messages the company was able to "see" that we were in the car and on route to our hotel. It was reassuring to know it was all being tracked and very professional. Stephen was professional and friendly and arrived in a van big enough for all our bags. Upon departure, we contacted the company to say our flight had a later departure time than originally booked and requested the driver to come a little later. We were waiting in our lobby and security came to get us when Stanley arrived. Stanley was also professional and gave us some insightful information about Cape Town as we drove to the airport. The cost of this transport was equivalent to what the taxis were charging but well worth it for the comfort and safety. Ubers are cheaper but then you wouldn't get the attention, comfort and space.

We used Citi Shuttles for our airport transfers and they were brilliant, arrived on time and gave us some good insight to cape town on the journey. Highly recommend.

I had this service to and from the airport. The driver was very friendly and professional. I came out almost two hours after my flight landed because as usual Kenya Airways lost my suitcase and I had to fill out form etc. But the driver waited even though they are only meant to wait 90mins. He ensured I was comfortable and was most pleasant. I was rather pleased that he also drove me to the airport too.

Our plane arrived quite a bit early into CPT, but our driver was still waiting for us as we exited customs. Our name was written largely and clearly on a board, our driver grabbed our bags when we introduced ourselves, and we were taken promptly to a parked vehicle. The driver was friendly and the drive to our hotel was pleasant. On the return, our driver arrived to our hotel slightly early and we were whisked off for departure. For both legs, I was texted the day before with details and a confirmation. Overall, a very pleasant experience that didn't leave any room for guessing - a nicety when traveling to a place far away. I would recommend this service wholeheartedly.

We landed in Cape Town around 7.30pm and our driver was waiting for us in the arrivals area. The car was spacious and clean. We were dropped off at out hotel without any issues. On the return leg back to the airport, our driver was at the hotel waiting for us. He helped with the luggage and dropped us off at the correct area to check in for our flight. There is no doubt that we will use this service again when we return to Cape Town. Timely and comfortable service is what we hoped for and that's exactly what we got. Thank you.

After getting off a 15 hour flight from New York, it was reassuring having someone waiting right after exiting from gathering our baggage to take us directly to our hotel. When we needed to head back to the airport, our driver was on time and dropped us off while informing us of how to navigate the airport arrivals area to ensure that we knew where we were going. Both drivers carried our bags to & from the car and made what could have been hectic travel very easy & simple. Highly recommended.

As a solo traveler, I wanted to make sure I had no hiccups upon arriving and leaving on early morning flights and this service was perfect. The driver was there upon arrival holding a sign with my name and on the return the driver was in the lobby before pickup time.

Driver was waiting for us when we came out of passport control. He even carried one of our bags to the very spacious vehicle. He pointed things out on the 20 minute drive into the centre of Cape Town. The return Driver came into the building's foyer to find us ........ that's great service. Thank you

Goede service : dag vooraf krijg je SMS met juiste uur transfer + naam en GSM nummer chauffeur. Idem bij de het retour transport. Vriendelijke chauffeurs - nette wagens en vlotte transfer. Zo heb je weinig zorgen en stress en hoef je niet ter plaatse een taxi te zoeken (waarbij je niet weet als wel oké).
